Home Health
Home health provides health care and supportive services in a patient’s home. Our home health agency travels to people's homes in Arlington, Astoria, Aurora, Badger, Brookings, Bruce, Bushnell, Colman, Egan, Elkton, Estelline, Flandreau, Hetland, Lake Preston, Nunda, Oldham, Rutland, Sinai, Toronto, Volga, White and the surrounding countryside.
Home health services may be considered for persons of any age who are:
- Recovering from an illness, injury or surgery
- Undergoing treatment
- Disabled
- Chronically ill
- Terminally ill
We offer a wide variety of health care and supportive services, ranging from professional nursing to physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Services we offer include:
- Skilled nursing care
- Home health aides for personal care
- Rehabilitation therapy (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy)
- Social services
- Patient/family education
- Medication monitoring
- Nutrition consultation
- Hospice
