An apartment living room is bright and cheery with a walkout balcony or patio doors providing a great deal of light and outdoor access. The room can be arranged easily because there are cable and phone outlets on both sides of the room. A living room may have a bay window, French doors, or a fireplace depending on the chosen floor plan.

The kitchen includes oak cabinets with upper and lower lazy Susans. The pantry has pull out shelves and next to the pantry is a coat closet. Appliances in the kitchen include: refrigerator with freezer on the bottom and an ice maker, self-cleaning stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Both one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts include ample closet space.

The master bedroom in the two-bedroom layouts has a walk-in closet and a pocket door into the large, handicap accessible bathroom. The second bedroom's location makes it useable as a den, office, television room, formal dining area or guest room.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bathroom in each apartment has a walk-in shower with a seat and a hand shower. It also includes a large medicine cabinet, oak vanity and an oak linen cabinet for storage. There is also space for a stackable washer and dryer.

The second full bathroom in the two-bedroom layout includes a tub-shower combination and oak vanity.

An added feature in the two-bedroom layout is a 4'-6" x 6'-0" storage area. The storage area is large enough to fit a desk or a sewing/craft area. Included in the space is a modem for cable and telephone. The doors can be closed to keep the work area is out of sight. 

Included in the rent are basic cable, heat, lights/sewer/garbage, noon meal seven days a week, free use of washer/dryers (each floor), secured entrance, heated underground parking, and storage room in the garage.

The community room offers a warm, welcoming space for tenants to host gatherings or just curl up with a book in front of the fireplace on a cold, snowy day. It includes two fireplaces, pool table, and seating areas to gather and visit.

The second and third floor include an activity area with exercise equipment, TVs and space for residents to gather and socialize. 

The common dining room is an inviting atmosphere to relax, visit, and share the noon meal provided to tenants seven days a week. The dining room and attached kitchen is available for tenants to entertain large groups. Some of the added features include a cozy fireplace and the outdoor terrace patio directly off the dining room.

A heated underground garage in the basement helps residents avoid snow and ice when getting to and from their vehicle during the winter. The garage area also includes additional storage space for each apartment.

Located on the first floor of Brookhaven Estates, the guest room is a wonderful amenity for the tenants out of town guests. It has two beds, full bath, cable television and a patio to enjoy a warm summer evening.
